By accessing or using the Elevare Foundation website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Professional Services
We offer various professional services including Business Plan Development, Funding Readiness Consulting, and Grant Application Assistance. These are consulting services designed to help you prepare for funding opportunities.
- We do NOT sell grants.
- We do NOT guarantee funding approvals.
- We do NOT charge "unlocking fees" for financial awards.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for services can be made via Stripe (Credit/Debit Card) or Manual Bank Deposit.
Manual Deposits
Users choosing manual bank deposits must provide accurate transaction references and upload a valid proof of payment. Services will only commence after financial verification, which typically takes 24-48 business hours.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and service acquisition process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Limitation of Liability
Elevare Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services or any outcomes of third-party funding applications.
