Refund Policy

Service-Based Refunds
At Elevare Foundation, we provide customized professional consulting and business development services. Due to the human effort and strategic time involved in these services, our refund policy is strictly structured as follows:
1. Consulting Services
Once a consulting session has commenced or a business plan draft has been started, payments are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice for a full credit toward future services.
2. Grant Application Assistance
Fees for grant application assistance are for the professional preparation and submission support. These fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the third-party funding review. We do not guarantee funding approval.
3. Non-Eligibility Refunds
If you purchase a service for which we determine you are completely ineligible after an initial review (and before significant work has begun), we will issue a refund minus a 15% administrative processing fee.
No Outcomes Guarantee
"Please note that the failure to secure a grant or funding award is not grounds for a refund. You are paying for professional consulting time and documentation preparation, not for the procurement of funds."
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method (Stripe) or via bank transfer for manual deposits.
